This VW is a rebadged variant of the Chrysler RT and is manufactured alongside the Chrysler Town and Country and Dodge Caravan minivans in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
This particular vehicle was a 2001 with the Chrysler 3.6 V6 and 70,000 miles. Most TIPMs we repair have 55,000 – 70,000 miles on them. The Routan also comes with a 3.8L V6 and a 4.0L V6. Their mechanic tested the vehicle and determined that the fuel pump was getting fuel and the cause of the fuel pump not working was the TIPM.
