We have been seeing quite a few Dell laptops needing power jack repairs. Normally it has either been dropped when the power cord is still attached and it got pushed in when it hit the floor or the power cord was on the floor and someone tripped over it – causing it to pull out of the laptop and cause damage. Just this week, we repaired a Dell Latitude 6320 and a Dell Inspiron 5720. We had the power jacks for these in stock so the repair went pretty quickly.
