I sent my Mac laptop to this company because the mouse trackpad had stopped working, and I was really impressed with the speed and quality of their service. The owner got back to me the same afternoon that the package arrived at their office and told me the results of the (free) diagnostic and an estimate of how much it would cost to fix, which was extremely reasonable. He let me know how long it would take to get replacement parts ordered, and they had everything fixed and on the way back to me by the day after that (and then it arrived the next day). The owner and employees definitely know their stuff and are very friendly and helpful.
