We offer completely free diagnostics. Items are diagnosed in the order received. Diagnostic turnaround time is usually 48hrs.
Expedited services are available for an additional fee.
How it works:
- You get your laptop, computer, or other device here.
- The item is signed in and placed into line.
- A technician checks the machine out.
- After completing the diagnostics, we will call you with the results. At that point, you have the option of having us repair your computer or picking it up with no charge for the diagnostics. This is to address the concern of “Is my computer worth fixing?” or “How much will it cost to fix my computer?”
We try to offer everyone multiple options. We also carry a wide variety of new and used machines in the event your machine has suffered a catastrophic failure.
