Due to the anticipated increased traffic and security measures associated with the 2009 Presidential Inauguration, pickup and delivery service in Washington D.C. and the surrounding areas will be affected from Monday, January 19, through Wednesday, January 21. Government restrictions and road closures will impact all carriers.
