ERROR 2010 on a T43 Warning message

ERROR

2010: Warning: Your internal hard disk drive (HDD) may not function correctly on this system. Ensure that your HDD is supported on this system and that the latest HDD firmware is installed.

We ran in to this error the other day on a T43. IBM has notes on it here:

NOTE: Downgrading the BIOS to v.1.2 will allow most HDs to work fine without the 2010 error.
