2366-XXD T30 Will Not Power On

When the power button was pressed on this ThinkPad T30 (2366-XXD), the unit will not power on. It would actually power up for about 2 seconds and then shut off. It is in need of a new system board. The boards for these usually take 2 - 3 days to obtain and go for around $250 - $350 depending on model.
