Inspiron 1000 LCD

A Dell Inspiron 1000 came in this week from Rocky Mount, NC.
This unit had a cracked LCD. Our customer wanted a brand new LCD. We were able to get a 15" XGA TFT LCD for them for $375.
We installed the new LCD, tested it and shipped it back to them. The entire repair was only 4 days. Another store had quoted them $800 installed with a 2 week wait. (Whoah!). Even Dell wanted ~ $500 - $600 for a screen...

My son dropped his Inspiron 100 and also cracked the screen. What screen did you use to replace the dell screen, and are there instructions available to replace the screen?
