Dell Inspiron 2600

A Dell Inspiron 2600 came in for repair this week. It was getting BSOD (bluescreens) and making an occasional clicking noise. A hard drive test confirmed the original 30GB hard drive was bad. We replaced the dead drive with a new one.

Our customer had some important information on the drive. We were able to recover the data from the failing drive and transfer it to the new drive and import it back into her applications. The Inspiron is now baack up and running again.
